Order FAQs
Do you Ship Internationally?
Although we are working to expand, we currently provide shipping to Canada and the United States of America only.
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout and vary based on courier, weight, and distance.
Please Note: We are not responsible for any additional customs fees, Tariffs, Duties, Taxes, and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) due for international orders. These taxes are NOT included in the shipping fee and orders cannot be returned or refunded because of unwanted additional fees.
How Long Until My Order Ships?
Although we are working to fulfil your orders as soon as possible, please allow up to 5-10 business days for your order to be processed. Please note that processing times are NOT included in the estimated shipping time.
Once your order is placed, the processing time + estimated shipping time will give you an estimation of how long it will take for your package to arrive at your door.
Estimated shipping times will be provided at checkout.
Please note that when customs clearance procedures are required, they may cause delays beyond the original estimated delivery times. These delays are outside of our control and we are not liable for any delays encountered by customs clearance.
How Can I Track My Order?
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. This will contain a tracking number, which you can use to track your order at any time.
Please note that we have no control over the shipping process or any delays once our packages are sent to the post office. Please contact the shipping courier with your tracking number for any help with locating your package.
What do I do if My Order is Lost, Damaged, or Stolen?
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen and/or damaged packages. Please contact the shipping courier for help with these issues and/or to file a claim.

Can I Return or Exchange My Order?
As slime is a sensory toy intended for personal use, our returns policy is in place for our customers’ health and safety, and for sanitary reasons.
We do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds. All orders are final sale.
